Step by Step

  • Complete the online questionnaire so we are able to provide a unique quote for your new home
  • Choose the best gas and/or electricity supplier from the list provided
  • Enter your contact details which we will forward to your new supplier
  • You will receive confirmation of the switch
  • You will receive a welcome pack from your new supplier approx 7 days prior to switch
  • The switch is made and you can start benefiting from lower bills.

** ALWAYS take a meter reading when you move into your new home so that you can not be charged for any gas or electricity which was used by the previous occupiers. 

Please register this reading with the current suppliers and keep a note of this for your own records**

Lines open 9am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 4 pm on Saturday.  Calls are recorded and charged at national rate. The savings illustrated are based on a customer who currently buys their electricity from their local supplier and their gas from British Gas, who have also changed their payment method from cash/cheque on receipt of bills to monthly direct debit. Consumption amounts used in this illustration are based on OFGEM stated consumption details for the average household using 3,300kwh of electricity and 20,500kwh of gas per year.
